It involves weekly emails moving you forward towards your full potential.

Sessions conducted via land-line telephone or voice over internet video call (VoiP) i.e. MSN or Skype.
Coaching packages include:
* Cost of phone call to land-line telephone
* Email support between sessions.
* Extra booster sessions between main sessions are possible for clarification but I request these are kept to no more than 10 mins.
