Inspiration

Philosophies:

A Chinese proverb suggests that if you want happiness for a lifetime help someone else…I truly believe in the power of helping others.   Having explored the circumference of the world and submerged myself in four different cultures I have found that those cultures which are more spiritually based, have greater meaning and happiness, even without possessions.  Though for me you can’t learn or teach spirituality you need to come to it yourself, it is a way of being!   Life coaching works on this same premise, it doesn’t teach a person how to be and isn’t based on advice.  Life coaching helps you see things differently and brings out your potential fromwithin you.   I look forward to sharing the wisdom I have gained from seeing the world as these cultures do.
