Understanding who you are, what motivates you, why you react in certain situations is all beneficial to performance and personal development. It is often over looked in our everyday lives as we push for goals and achieving targets. For many of us understanding ourselves better could be the key to finding our own resources to make our lives easier to manage.
These are individual coaching session for inner awareness lasting from 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Sessions are scheduled when required and are not used in conjunction with a package.
