For anybody who is  30 something, Elizabeth  Gilbert’s biography Eat, Pray, Love, has been a wake up call to take action now.  Time moves so fast don’t wait and wake up at 40 with a life you hate.

The key to a life you love, is to answer life’s big questions.

  • Who am I when I’m at my best?
  • What do I value?
  • What is my life’s purpose beyond myself?

Without answers to these questions a significant life event can throw our lives into chaos such as:

  • Finding yourself with an empty nest.
  • Turning “noughty”. (30, 40, 50, 60)
  • Separation or divorce.
  • returning to study after a long break.
  • Moving from employee to business owner or entrepreneurship.
  • job or role change.
  • Moving town or country.

Can you answer these questions? If not consider my personal leadership programme

If you can’t or you don’t like your answers the first step is to discover who you are when you are at your best, for some tips for way to go about finding yourself download  101 ways to discover yourself at 30 something.

If you can answer these questions are you living them? If not, why not create the life you love!
