The law of attraction is a popular metaphysical thought on how things happen and are attained. A major resource on understanding the law of attraction is the movie “The Secret”. Which tells the story of a lady who discovers the power of the ancient idea of the law of attraction. It has a commentary of professionals confirming and explaining how it work.
The basic premise of the Law of Attraction is that whatever you focus on or ask for that is what you will receive. So if you tell yourself you are no good at Maths, that is what you will receive the lack of ability to do Maths.
Ways to harness the law of Attraction.
- Cultivating a positive self talk will allow you to focus on what you want rather than what you believe yourself to be.
- Write down what you want your life to be like in 3, 5 and 10 years time.
- Try to eliminate the self limiting words a person of low self esteem uses such as: can’t, only, just, when referring to yourself.
- Wish for what you want.
- Don’t think about anything you don’t want.
- Worry less about what you don’t have and focus more on what you want.

Life coaching is becoming more and more popular as a means of reaching goals, but it is also a useful tool for improving your health.
Ayurveda the ancient health science of India is focused on balance. When the body mind and spirit are balanced good health prevails but when imbalance occurs dis-ease is caused. Never has it been more important for balance to be found in ones life, with economic uncertainty occupying the thoughts of everyone, imbalance is inevitable. In fact one ayurvedic dosha known as vata becomes imbalanced just through too much thought.
To add to this it is difficult to find an impartial confidant, in a world of high pace living, finding that personal space and a person to listen to your plans and dreams is hard especially if you are an intensely private person. What could be better than a life coach another human who is outside of your personal circle who can give you the positive reinforcements you require to achieve greatness or simply balance elements of your life.
